Curriculum & Instruction
The curriculum taught in the District supports student achievement and learning in all core areas at all grade levels. Teachers use a variety of teaching strategies and methods to differentiate instruction in order to meet the needs of students in their classes. Curriculum and instruction is a district priority.
All adopted and implemented curriculum complies with state academic standards in curricular areas. State approved textbooks are provided for each student at every grade level. Teachers at all schools are provided with adopted instructional materials, professional development, and assessment tools. The district carefully evaluates student learning and academic programs based on ongoing performance data.
